Hi everyone, I'm in the process of deciding where to apply and Saint Cloud University in Minnesota recently caught my attention. However, I can't find much about it from a student's POV. Would anyone care to share their experiences or insights on this institution?

St. Cloud State University is a comprehensive public university located in St. Cloud, Minnesota, which is roughly an hour and a half away from the Twin Cities (Minneapolis and St. Paul). The student body is diverse and it also attracts many international students. This can lead to an enriching educational experience because you're able to interact with classmates from various backgrounds.

The university offers more than 200 undergraduate programs and more than 60 graduate programs, so there's a breadth of academic options available. Some of the popular majors include Business, Engineering, and Education. They also offer unique programs in fields like meteorology and land surveying. The faculty generally receive high marks for being supportive and dedicated to their students.

St. Cloud State University is known for its campus facilities and vibrant student life. The campus and its architecture are quite beautiful with the Mississippi River running right alongside it. There is a healthy campus life with many student organizations you can join and participate in, based on diverse interests. Also, the university's Huskies Athletics is a part of NCAA Division II, and hockey is a particularly popular sport to watch.
