What's essential to bring for the PSAT on test day?

I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with making sure I have everything I need for PSAT day. Can someone give me a rundown of must-have items for the test? I don't want to forget something important. Thanks!

Hey there! Totally understand that feeling of wanting to be completely prepared for the PSAT. It's actually pretty straightforward - there are just a few essentials you need. Bring your admission ticket and a photo ID, as you won't be admitted into the testing room without them. You'll also need a couple of No. 2 pencils with good erasers. Mechanical pencils aren't allowed, so make sure you stick to the traditional ones. An approved calculator is really important for the math section, but during some parts of the test, you won't be able to use it; just make sure you check the PSAT's calculator policy to see which models are acceptable. Other than that, a watch can be helpful to keep track of your time since you won't be able to use your phone. And remember, on test day it's just as important to bring a good night's sleep and a positive attitude! Everything else, such as snacks and water, depends on the policies of your test center, but they can be handy during breaks to keep your energy up. Best of luck!
