Hey everyone! I've been considering Purdue University as one of my options but I'm a bit confused about its main campus' location? Can someone help me out here? Thanks!
Purdue University's main campus, often referred to as Purdue University West Lafayette, is located in West Lafayette, Indiana. This is in the Midwestern part of the US and is truly a college town: the campus is the heart of the city. The Wabash River separates West Lafayette from its twin city, Lafayette. Together, they form an urban area with plenty of shops and restaurants, but also with an abundance of parks and recreational areas. Despite being in a quiet Midwestern location, Purdue is about an hour away from Indianapolis and a couple of hours away from Chicago, allowing students to have access to the amenities and opportunities of major cities when desired.
