Visiting Princeton's campus

I'm thinking of visiting Princeton's campus before applying but I'm not exactly sure how to go about it. Does anyone know if they offer guided tours or what the best way to explore the campus would be?

Absolutely, Princeton does offer guided tours of the campus, and participating in one could be a great way to get a feel for the campus culture and environment! Typically, these guided tours are led by current undergraduate students, who can share their experiences and answer your questions. They'll take you around the key areas of the campus and give you an insight into what it's like to be a student at Princeton.

However, given the current public health conditions, it would be wise to check Princeton's official website, or reach out directly to the admissions office, to get the most up-to-date information on their tour offerings and any possible restrictions.

In addition to guided tours, I would also recommend taking some time to explore the area surrounding the campus. Get a feel for the local community, check out some of the nearby shops or cafes. This can give you a more comprehensive picture of what your life might look like as a student there.

Remember that while a campus visit can provide you with valuable first-hand experience and impressions, it might not be the most critical aspect in your college decision-making process. Indeed, demonstrated interest (like a campus visit) doesn't weigh significantly in Princeton's admissions process. So, it's more about whether the visit will be informative and useful for you personally.

I hope this helps; best of luck with your upcoming college explorations!
