Honors Section on Common App – What counts?

I'm getting my Common App profile together and got to the Honors section. It's giving me a bit of anxiety because I'm not sure what counts as an 'honor' exactly. Do you think stuff like honor roll and National Honor Society membership goes here or are they looking for more competitive awards? Can someone who's already filled this out give me some tips on what to include?
