Hello, I answered this question for another Indian student recently. (in the future you can search on previous questions and find out many answers to your questions since there are 3000 posts). Good Luck
Try using a credit card because perhaps the Indian banking system for debt/cash payments is incompatible with Collegeboard's payment system. I think I used Paypal for or Visa/MC from my parents for this.
From collegeboard website.
You can pay registration and other fees with these methods:
Credit card: American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, and JCB.
PayPal: New PayPal users should set up their account before starting registration. Note that payment through PayPal is not available in Ghana. Visit the PayPal website.
Check or money order: Make checks or money orders payable to "The College Board." Checks must be drawn on U.S. banks. Any checks drawn on non-U.S. banks will be returned.
Other: Bank draft.
I also had problems with payments, but in a different context. I decided to open my own site and connect payment systems, such as Visa PayPal and MasterCard. I acted on my own, and many of my clients also complained that they could not pay for goods. In the end, I turned to https://corefy.com/en-gb/routing-and-cascading for advice on making payments. These kind people set up a proper payment system. They began to help both me and my customers, for which I am very grateful.
I have been running a successful business for a long time. At first I wasn't doing so well until I started cooperating with https://virtual-pay.io/payments/, which allowed me to accept mobile payments from my clients. This has had a significant impact on both the number of my clients and the volume of sales, because making a purchase is now easier for them. It's a great payment gateway provider.
