Admissions Advice

How much will a lab/clinical assistant at a research lab improve my chances of getting admitted to USC?

I also have a 4.47 GPA, I started the UNICEF Club at my high school, I hold leadership positions (vice president and treasurer), I also applied to the UCLA Riordan program, and I plan on starting up a Red Cross Club at my school. Along with a research assistant position, strong USC essays, good letters of rec, and a 1500+ SAT, what will my chances of being admitted at USC be? Thank you!
