How do I label an educational outside of school activity and how do you covert a GPA out of a 100 onto a 4 point scale?
I am a junior at a public high school. How do I convert my GPA out of a 100 point scale to a 4 point scale? I also did virtual shadowing with a fellowship doctor. How do I label this in extracurriculars?

I will give you a 100 point to 4 point ratio
93-100% is a 4.0 A or A+
90-92% is a 3.7 A-
87-89% is a 3.3 B+
83-86% is a 3.0 B
80-82% is a 2.7 B-
77-79% is a 2.3 C+
73-76% is a 2.0 C
70-72% is a 1.7 C-
67-69% is a 1.3 D+
65-66% is a 1.0 D
Below 65% is a 0.0 F
As of for the extracurricular with the fellowship doctor you would label it as research.
