Is this enough for me to get into an Ivy League school like Yale so far?

I currently have a 4.66677 GPA unweighted and a 4.0 GPA weighted.
I do piano, am a part of the National Honors Society, did community service (not now bc of covid), run track, run cross country, taking all honours classes, have 3 years of a foreign language, scored for 96th percentile for PSAT (I did not study, but I know I can do better), score highly proficient in state tests, am a part of the orchestra for my school, and I participate in a photography club. I'm only a freshman, but at this rate, do you think it is possible for me to get into an Ivy League College?

As a 9th grader, you can still plan on getting into any school you want as long as you have a strategic plan.
Here are my pointers:
1.)  By the time you apply in 3 years, standardized testing will be back at the Ivy League schools so starting getting a plan together on how to get a 1500+ SAT or 34+ ACT score. I would grind on that this summer and take a lot of practice tests. Before you get too vested, take 1 test of each and see what you do better at. Some people excel at the ACT but stuck on the SAT and some the opposite. You want to pick the test that you have the highest 99% percentile score possible and Ivys don't care about what you submit. Just remember that some do not superscore you need to have a great score in one sitting. 
2.) Take the most challenging classes available in your high school and try to take 1 to 2 Honors/AP courses next year, 3 to 5 Junior year, and 3 to 5 Senior year. You want to end up with 4 Math classes including Calculus, 4 Science classes including 2 lab ones, 4 to 5 language (so take AP language 11th grade), 4 Histories (including AP USHistory, AP Euro History), and 4 years of English including AP Lit and AP Lang. All the writing you will do will help you tremendously on your essays which actually count for a lot when applying to Ivy Schools.
3.) NHS doesn't count for much as an EC. Find 1 or 2 spikes in your ECS, things that you are excellent at, and also find some solid leadership opportunities. Ivys like leaders, not followers, so you have to either get elected into some leadership roles or create them for yourself.
4.) If you can do something with Running and feel you will be able to get recruited for Track or XC on an Ivy Team, keep it up, otherwise find another Spike. Same with Orchestra. Why do I say this? Playing an instrument well and running takes a lot of time, and if you are not great at it, you will not be rewarded for it on your college application. (You can in your free time research what kind of times the Yale XC or Track teams run. I don't know if you are a boy or girl but if you run a 5 min mile for a girl, that's golden or a 4:10 men's mile,  2:10 Girls 800M, 1:50 Boys 800) Running is really really hard to get recruited if you are male. The same goes for orchestra, if you are not at least 2nd seat with the ambition to be 1st seat, then it will be hard to compete in outside of school competitions). 
5.) Community service has gone online so there is no excuse not to volunteer and get involved. You can contact your City Hall and find out what kind of advisory boards allow HS students. Usually, there is a City Council with HS members on it or some kind of Diversity council with the school district. 
6.) It's okay to get some Bs over the next 2 years. It's more important to take the hardest classes possible to show you have grit. 
7.) Show evidence that you are intellectually curious and like to learn outside of the classroom. Perhaps you are really good at Chess or writing Poetry. Tap into those passions and keep doing it.
8.) Lastly, do not have your heart set on 1 school. It's much more healthy and practical and reasonable to make a list with a mixture of schools to apply to. For example, if you like Yale, then maybe pick Brown, Princeton, Cornell too as hard reaches, then pick some alt. hard reaches like Duke, and Stanford. For targets, pick good liberal arts colleges like Williams, Vassar, Wellesley, and Barnard (if you are a girl), maybe Colgate, Hamilton, and for safeties schools similar to Trinity College, Skidmore, Wake Forest, Washington & Lee, Davidson (Mt.Holyoke, Scripps if you are a girl). It hard to visit schools now, but perhaps at the end of this summer, you can ask your parents to visit some schools so you can see for yourself how they compare and contrast to the virtual tours and marketing material. (For example, if you take away the clout, schools like Vassar and Wellesley are more beautiful than Harvard,  but being in the middle of Boston is super convenient if you have time and money to hang out with friends).
