What college should I consider/apply to?
I want to become a vet and have a minor degree in creative writing or English and a minor in business. What colleges should I apply to that specialize in this and could help me pursue all of these interests? I want to apply to elite colleges too.

The best ones in the US are consistently Colorado State, Cornell, UC Davis, Ohio State, NC State, and U Penn.

Hi! I know UC Davis, Cornell, Ohio State, Penn State, and Texas A&M have some of the best vet programs but I would look into each one individually and see which fits you best.
At the top of my head, I know that UC Davis is Number 1 in terms of being an excellent veterinary medicine school and 5th amongst public universities in the US.
