What are strong extracurriculars for a prospective international relations major?

I'm a junior in high school and am considering majoring in I.R. with a specialization in humanitarianism and/or sustainable business, and am trying to find related extracurricular opportunities (I've tried finding internships but it seems that opportunities for high school students in this capacity are scarce). Please let me know if you have any ideas! Thank you in advance.

from what i know, i'd say a leadership position in model UN, debate, and if you look online, there should be some humanitarian competitions to compete in :) best of luck!

I don't know if schools often have these, but my school has a global ambassador club to host international students and discuss stuff sort of like model UN or debate. I would assume that looks good.
