I want to know something, I was part of my school graduating class of 2020 but due to the covid19 epidemic, I graduated 2021. Which year should reflect on my document.

It would be more truthful to be 100% transparent on your college admissions file.

Therefore, put Class of 2021 and use the additional information to explain how COVID - 19 affected your HS experience.

That is better than not doing that and leaving them with questions about what happened.
