Open curriculum schools are great for double-majoring (or even triple-majoring)! You can find a list of many that weren't mentioned yet here: https://blog.collegevine.com/open-curriculum-schools-11-colleges-that-allow-students-to-direct-their-own-learning/

A lot of them are liberal arts colleges, which will also give you a smaller/more engaging college experience, since they're usually under 3,000 people.

One I know of is Brown University, as it has an open curriculum system (meaning you can choose what classes to take).

There's Brown University, which you could consider because of its Open Curriculum and as it even allows you to create your own major
