Tips for Applying to Georgetown University or UPenn

I'm a sophomore in high school with strong academics but average extracurriculars. Could anyone recommend some tips on improving extracurriculars or ideas for extracurriculars that may boost my application for a prestigious university?

Maybe try to stick to a few things and excel in those rather than showing little commitment in a large amount of things. Something else that could help you stand out is starting your own club at your school, something that you love or may better the community or school. Something my friends are doing right now is starting a service to shop for elderly during quarantine so they do not have to leave. Hope this helps. Good luck!
