Essay

Hello, I am about to start writing the common app essay prompt #1. I actually have two main passions and I am confused about which one to choose. I have passion for teaching and also invention. I just like being innovative by suggesting new ideas. I am a prospective Stanford student.

Personally, I think invention would be cool because not a lot of people are really passionate about it, but if you plan on going to school for teaching then that might be a better option. Or maybe, if you feel really ambitious, you could talk about ways you want to innovate teaching styles or something like that.

Thanks for the information. Can I write about my passion for invention without any previous accomplishments. Or write about teaching with previous accomplishments.

Have you written an outline or a draft of both? Both topics definitely work so I’d be curious which one is easier for you to write so far

By and by, I figure creation would be cool on the grounds that not a many individuals are truly energetic about it, yet in the event that you anticipate going to class for educating, that may be a superior choice. Or on the other hand perhaps, assuming you feel truly aggressive, you could discuss ways you need to advance showing styles or something to that effect.
