I will help you by outlining some of the things you might consider doing.

First, let me answer your question. There are very few colleges that have a guaranteed admissions policy and here is the link.

https://www.collegetransitions.com/blog/10-best-colleges-with-automatic-guaranteed-admissions/

The only ones you can qualify for are Arizona State University, University of Iowa, Truman State University, Kansas State University, and the University of Missouri. All the other schools required an unweighted GPA higher than 3.3 and high test scores.

After reading your ECs and interests, it appears that you are interested in Pre-Med type activities and want to apply for financial aid.

As an International Student, 99% of the aid available is based on your family income and assets so you will have to fill out various financial aid forms when you apply to the colleges on your list. Based on your GPA, you would not qualify for merit aid at most schools.

If you are not aware, there are over 4300 colleges to choose from including 4-year colleges and 2-year colleges. About 2 Million American HS students matriculate into US colleges and about 2/3s attend 4-year colleges and 1/3 attend 2-year colleges. As an international student applying for financial aid, your choices are not very extensive because the US college admissions marketplace is hyper-competitive due to vast amounts of applications from all over the world. During the last cycle applications at the Top 30 colleges increased about 35% and the admissions rates dropped on average 35%. It was much worse at the best schools. It would be fair to say that in the past admssion year, Ivy league schools saw a 50% increase in international applications.

Since your GPA is probably the number 1 thing that will limit your opportunity to become a doctor in the US, I highly recommend that you either take GAP year or attend a Post-graduate extra year of High School in your country and repeat some of those classes so that your GPA will be more competitive like 3.6-3.7. Having a higher GPA will vastly improve your chances of getting admitted to a better college that has better financial aid that will make your Intl studies more realistic. Unfortunately, only the better colleges in the US have the best financial aid. As you will see through your future investigations, it is very challenging to get any sort of financial aid that will cover most of your costs.

If your GPA was already in the 3.6-3.7 range then I would recommend that you study very hard for a high ACT or SAT score like 1400+ or 31+. But at this point, having a high test score will not make up for a low GPA.

Think it over and talk with some people you know who might be attending college in the US because I feel my suggestion has merit.

Keep in mind, that the best US colleges use different admissions criteria and there are many factors. One thing that you want to make sure you have if you are going to be Pre-Med is all the requisite high school classes in the right subjects.

At the best universities, you will need 4 years of Math (through Calculus), 4 years of Science (including 2 lab classes), 3 years of a foreign language (not your spoken Language), 4 years of English (reading and writing), and 3 years of History (preferably US History and European History). Also high English Test scores from either TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge, or DuoLingo.

Also important at the better colleges, they would like to see that you have held various leadership positions in schools, clubs, or in your community. As well as evidence that you are an intellectually curious person and have lots of outside learning besides HS classes.

This is a lot of information to manage so one thing I highly recommend is to watch a few CollegeVine videos on what it takes to get into a top university. That way this will inform you on where you stand today versus where you might want to be. After watching these, you might want to reassess your position and decided what the next steps should be.

Yes, as the previous poster says, there are very few schools with guaranteed admission, and most of these schools (except Tulane) are state flagships for in-state applicants. You could search up state schools in your state and see if any of them have guaranteed admission for your criteria. Unfortunately, your GPA is a little low for a lot of schools, so I recommend you repeat classes next year for a chance to getter a higher GPA. Based on your current GPA, however, I would say that you have a good shot at Old Dominion University, Stonehill College, and Quinnipac University.
