If I’m taking it to boost my GPA, will they look down on that?

Definitely not. Taking a summer class, if anything, will raise their opinion of you because it demonstrates dedication to your studies. Good luck, hope this helps!

Quite the opposite! Colleges love to see initiative and dedication such as taking summer classes. I would definitely recommended taking one if it could boost your GPA. Hope this helps!

@1896 Good question! Colleges will never look down on a student taking summer classes because it shows that the student is willing to dedicate their summer to learn more. This shows great initiative, which is a skill colleges will be looking for. If anything, taking summer classes will boost colleges' opinions of their applicants.
