I love helping others and also change the world for good. I wanna be able to feel like by sharing my love and motivations people feel the same connection.
Hey!
Well, only you can answer those questions. Of course, there is a possibility that you would change careers. Even people in their 60s change careers. Don't worry about it. You have all the time in the world to discover what you really love doing. Keep in mind that you will change, and what you like now maybe won't be what you like in the future, so you must keep open-minded about different opportunities.
Now, I have an advice for you: answer some career and personality tests and quizzes. They can help you understand yourself better. I wouldn't base my decision solely on these, but they can surely help.
Another piece of advice is for you to do some ECs in this area. They allow you to experience more what it feels like to work in real life with it.
Here are some career and personality tests and quizzes:

I hope it serves you well!
Looks like you got a really great response but I just wanted to chime in and reiterate that career choices can only be made by you! I'd suggest taking on an extracurricular in the field or finding a social worker who can mentor you or give you some insight on the field. This may help give you some real life perspective on whether this field of work is a good fit for you!
Hope that helps!
