Duolingo Test
When my score Duoling test score is about 140, but in the rush Speaking Sample and Writing Sample were bad that I'm about to send to university, is there any judgement out there?

125 is the minimum score you want and you got a 140 so that's really good.
I would submit it unless you actually have time to retake it and improve those 2 areas before you apply to colleges.
