Changes to Activity List
Answered

I have already submitted my application for my Early Decision school, but I just found out that there is a possible inaccuracy in the "description of leadership" section of the activity list. Is it necessary for me to convey that information to the school that I applied to?

I don't even think you can. Once you submit it, it's final (that's why you need to check it many, many times before you submit it). Plus they don't look at every single word of your ECs list, and just skim over it. Plus, they're not meant to be essays, just quick "bullet point" type information. Unless this inaccuracy involved committing a crime, I think you'll be fine, and chances are they won't even notice it.

Hope that relieves you just a little.
