Hey there!
When completing the Chancing Profile, international students should select the "Other" option in the Home State field located at the very bottom of the dropdown menu. I hope this helps!

Usually theres a tab that'll let you choose a different country, Americans find it annoying considering were in America lol, but there should be one, if not then I'm not sure.
