Hi!! I am also doing specialization courses on Coursera, so will these courses benefit me?

Hi there! It never hurts to learn something new especially when you have time on your hands. Try those courses out. You might find something new or interesting. This a wonderful opportunity to expand on your interests and learn something you didn't know before. Just make sure you have fun! (:

So they do not directly benefit you as a rule of thumb except if you use it in life like a programming course led me to make a game etc. But I’d list them in additional information on your application but they do boost your application as they show commitment to furthering education protecting universities retention rate which impacts US News Ranking which colleges care about quite a bit. If you have a certificate of completion that’s phenomenal.
