Do I put achievement in activities section?
Answered

I have some regional/divisional and national olympiad achievements. Should I put those in actvities option as non-art competitions?

I would say that you would talk about the activity themselves and the work you put into them. Then, if you want to discuss the things you won you can, but also the achievements/awards section is really where those things could go (unless you have things that are more impressive that you'd want to put there).
