Do my college courses have to be certified to be acknowledged by selective schools

I’m in year 11(sophomore year) and I recently started taking some online courses on neurology and molecular biology but they’re not certified. Does this affect the way schools will assess them if I add them to my application?

So certification does not really matter it is more the fact you did it especially if you are aiming for nursing or other health fields.

Certification is mostly for work training and paid courses

Can you take online courses through your local community college? I’m not sure about the classes you’re taking, but community college classes will definitely assess well with any state University, and most out of state schools as well.
