What tier is interning with an assemblyman?

I have an opportunity to intern (technically Junior social media specialist, but I might ask them to change the title to intern) with a black assemblywoman over the summer. She already lists me as her junior advocate because I've done some work under her name, but this would make it more official. What tier would this be? Collegevine says 2c is "I had an internship with state level politician", but this isn't state level, so should I put it as 3a? I don't understand their definition of state level.
