I am a freshman right now planning for courses. Should I do Graphic Arts or Digital Photography? What sounds/looks better to colleges?

Do what you want to do, and whatever sounds more interesting to you. You're a freshman, you have time. If you want to do a more journalism-y path, I'd say go for photography, but if you like design in general you should take graphic arts. Right now, what you should worry about is your own interests, and college will follow

Hello,
Is there a chance you can do both? Both skills are amazing to have. But graphic arts will be better. I did a Computer Graphics class, and I learnt many skills. What do YOU want to do? You're a freshman so you should test out the waters.
