what universities in the US and UK can i get into without giving the SAT's/ACT's/IELTS?

Which universities are SAT test-optional and are fairly easy to get in.

if I remember correctly just about all schools require toefl or ielts some permit the duo lingo test but the toefl and ielts are better.

Is the best link I could find for international test optional schools. I couldn’t find admission rate for them but all public schools on the list are good bets for being not very selective
