Do I have to apply in high school if I plan on going to community college
If i plan on doing my associates degree at community college, do i send a college application during senior year or just when i plan on transfering to four year?

You should apply to CC as soon as you can because they are becoming less and less of a backup school in this competitive market. I would apply to your CC of choice the same time you would apply to other colleges.
