Harvard does not offer a Food Science major, but it does offer several majors which could help you build a career related to food science. These include Chemistry, Biology, and the Special Concentrations program.

You could even major in something more indirect - as a Statistics major, for example, you could use your knowledge of conducting research and interpreting data to help food companies survey their customers about a new flavor idea.

Hope this helps!
