internships/extracurriculars for sophomore hoping to become fashion designer?

I am almost done with my 10th grade year and I feel as though I don't have enough extracurriculars under my belt at the moment. I TA an after-school sewing class for middle schoolers, have my own small business that I've run since I was 12, am currently costuming (or designing ig) for a student-directed play at my school, will be helping out with costuming a larger-scale musical at my school. My extracurriculars that are unrelated to design are Dance (6+ years), JV track (pole vault), and crocheting (starting another business with a friend). I feel like I do so much but also not enough at the same time. Does anyone have suggestions for internships, summer programs, or other extracurricular or passion project ideas for me? I haven't gotten any grade below a B yet (all A's, A-'s and B+'s), my first PSAT score was a 1200, I have a 3.909 unweighted GPA, and I will be going to France to study abroad for a semester next year.
