In the future, I may want to consider doing a 4-year bachelor's college program just to focus on extracurricular activities. But that would require a major. I am looking for a quick and easy major. I have done a little bit of research and found that Anthropology and Business administration was easy.
What do you think is the easiest major to take in college?
(what's the tag "whythismajor"?)
Personally, I recommend not taking college classes full time if you are just trying to explore the extracurriculars/electives, since, as @ candyrage replied, the financial burden you could be putting on yourself could be immense, and might not be worth it if you aren't going to major in something you find interesting. I recommend to major in something you enjoy learning about.
Some universities allow you to select undecided as your major for a certain period of time, or you could consider starting with taking part-time classes while doing different extracurriculars, or community college instead of a 4 year bachelors program.
Hello, @TKOM !!
I think a lot of it really depends on your skill set and what you are personally good at. For example, somebody who is weaker in analytics and statistics may not find Business Administration easy at all, while somebody who is stronger in the subjects may breeze through it. I recommend analyzing what you think you are best at and looking at majors in those areas!
A bit of personal advise, I wouldn't attend college strictly for the extracurricular activities. Of course, they are always encouraged, though going into thousands upon thousands of dollars of debt (varying depending on if you get /how much you get with aid) for a degree you have no interest in may make your time in college or your future career endeavors miserable, for one reason or another.
However, that's just my opinion, and if you are sure that it's for you, then I do sincerely wish you the best of luck finding your major and hope that you, if the future, enjoy your time at college!
