Send in my ACT score?

Hi! I wanted to ask you guys about your opinion on sending my ACT super score of 30 to UW Seattle's applied math major or biology major. I currently have a GPA of 3.9 with about 9 APs in my book. I also have a job and hold an officer position in 2 different clubs. I have a mentorship and internship this summer and will be doing running start during my senior year. I'm a little concerned that my ACT super score isn't good enough for my mentioned majors. Do you recommend I send in my score?

30 is on the low side for these majors at UWash. Seattle. Overall 29 is the 25th percentile 32 is 50th, and 34 is the 75th percentile of admits.

I recommend taking it again in August to try to raise your score to 32 or go test optional.

I'm trying to get dates for this August, do you, by any chance, know when they will be out?

There is a July 15th test date you have to register by June 16th and probably later this month you can register for the September Test which will be on 9/9/23 which you have to register by August 4th.

My dad recommended I not take the ACT anymore but wants me to send in the score. I feel like that will negatively impact my chances of getting in. What should I communicate with my dad?

I disagree with that because if you get a higher score it will make you more competitive with all the students that are submitting test scores. Submitting a lower test score doesn't help your case at all. So it's best to have a higher score to submit. If not Test Optional. Lastly, submitting your test score would be the least positive recommendation.
