Any good colleges in Pennsylvania or out of state?

Hi Everyone, I was wondering whether everyone could share a good college with good financial aid. It could be from merit scholarships or more. Or any cheap colleges.

Ex. Miami University for its merit scholarships.

Pennsylvania is a decent state for colleges. In the Philly area, there's Temple, Drexel, West Chester, UArts, and Thomas Jefferson U, as well as private universities (Villanova, Saint Joe's, Bryn Mawr, UPenn, Haverford and Swarthmore) though they're more selective and I can't speak on how good their aid is. Then there's all of Penn State's campuses and UPitt in Pittsburgh. It will come down to the program/major you want, your academic caliber, and other things you look for in a school. I'd suggest researching and visiting the ones you're interested in if you can.
