Well that aren't that many activities I can think of related to neuroscience. The main one I can think of is research. You could contact professors at local universities to see if you could get involved with neuroscience research. You could also start your own independent research project. Also, you could start a blog or podcast talking about your views on neuroscience related topics. You could even start a neuroscience club at your school if you have any ideas for that.
