Any good pre-med EC recommendations?
Answered

Hi! I am a rising senior and I had applied to volunteer at a hospital over the summer, but the program was cancelled due to COVID-19. Does anyone have any good extracurricular recommendations that are specifically pre-med related despite the current health situation?

It is kinda cliche but you can always do a blog/YT channel/podcast about medical topics.

Also depending on your state school clubs may resume and HOSA/other medical clubs might be a good idea.

Also depending on your schedule and pandemic situation you might be able to get a shadow position during the school year whether after school or on the week ends. Don’t be afraid to cold call. On YT iris Fu has a good video about it.

Hope this helps please comment if you need clarification as I’d be happy to clarify!
