Hi
I'm planning on just not sending in my test score to any college I apply to. For me, UW Seattle applied math life sciences is my main goal. I'm a little concerned because I'm not sure if I'll be at a disadvantage if I don't send in my ACT score (super scored 30) though, I feel like my extracurriculars and academic rigor make up for it ( 9 APs, officer position in 2 different clubs, 50 hours of volunteering, worked at Safeway and currently a DA at a dental clinic). I'm still going through my essay but I'm sure it'll be good with extra help. With all of this info, would I be at a disadvantage if I just don't send in my score?
Since the UW Seattle 50th percentile range is 29-34 for the ACT and only 24% of applicants submit test scores (17% SAT, 7% ACT), your 30 ACT is a good score in my opinion to submit to Seattle. Remember that 76% of applicants went test optional.
Therefore having a 30 ACT will not hurt your chances of getting accepted. It may actually help your chances somewhat because the Common Data Set only publishes scores of those who were admitted, not those who took the test and went test optional.
Good luck.

My only concern is that math and science scores aren't good (25 and 27 respectively) so if I were to send my overall 30 in to my desired major (applied math life sciences) wouldn't that hurt my chances?
