Are my chances hurt by my inability to take Ap, honors and IB in my first two years?
Answered

In my first highschool, there were no honors, AP or IB classes offered.

I switched school at the start of the second semester in my sophomore year. I did not get a choice of my classes for that semester and did not have the ability to take AP or honors.

My new school has 4 periods in a day, and you get a credit each quarter.

Are my chances lower because I couldn't take AP in my first two years? Or will colleges see that and adjust?

Im currently taking one AP and one Honors this semester, and two AP next semester.

Hi! Do not worry at all! Colleges will definitely see your high school's offerings and evaluate your performance accordingly. In fact, they make a big point about evaluating your application in the "context" of your high school. They usually see this context in your counselor's reports, but if you want to make it extra clear, you can mention it whenever the college/Common App asks you for "self-appraisal" (asks you to clarify on any low grades or coursework problems etc)

yes but not if you make up for it with extracurriculars and internships this are far more impressive.
