Why essay
Hi, how do I go about the " why this college" essay. I am eager to apply to some schools but I have no specific or should I say impressive reason why I'm applying to these schools.

If you have no reason to apply to these schools why are you applying. There has to be some reason why your picking one school over another. And just saying because it's a top institution wont cut it. Just reflect on why this school would be one you want to attend. Is it because of the environment, people and activities? Or because it is one of the best for your intended field of study? Or maybe you would like to work with certain professors and take certain classes? Maybe it has facilities near by that could further develop your interests in a certain field? Just think about these when writing the essay.
