What should I do?

I’m a wrestler and I’ve received multiple athletic scholarships from NAIA, D3, and D2 colleges. The only chance I have of going D1 is at Michigan State University as a walk on. I would really like to go to MSU but I’m afraid of the cost, once you make the roster you receive $6000 every year. Although 6k is a good amount MSU is still a little bit pricey. I’m just not sure what I’m going to be paying yet because of FAFSA. I really liked MSU when I went on a visit, but should I take the chance of going there?

As an athlete, if your goal is to play at the D1 level and your only option is to walk on, I would go for it. A question to consider is: Will you be happy not going D1?

If so, then take one of the scholarships from your other schools

If not, Go to MSU, If you like it there then you will be happier there

Hope this helps!!
