What should I use the "Additional Information" Section for?
Answered

I have 11 extracurriculars and 9 awards, and I want to include all of them in my application if possible. Is it advisable to include an extra extracurricular and 4 extra awards in the Additional Info section or will admission officers just skim over it?

On the other hand, I can use that section to elaborate on my research project (2 year project with a detailed poster and a 20 page research paper).

Or I can do both, but I'm worried that making that section too crowded will deter AOs from reading it.

What should I do? Any advice? Thanks!

You should put these in your extracurricular section, not additional info. That section is used to explain any gaps or clarify info in your application. For example, if you wanted to go to a college that required two years of foreign language, but your school didn't offer any, you'd say that your school didn't have it in the additional info section.
