Is collegevine's peer essay review safe? I'm looking to get feedback on my rough draft but I'm unsure whether there will be any bad actors who could potentially plagiarize my essay. My essay is not stellar by any means but I still want to be cautious.

Really good question...I have used the peer essay review and one thing I will say is that it does not allow an editor to copy and paste your work. I tested this when I was reviewing a peer's essay because I was wondering the same thing as you :)
That being said, I am fairly comfortable with it, but it is something to think about it. I felt okay with it because I had edited an essay and saw the layout.
