If you don't mind me asking, what made you decide that the program were those tiers?

Tier 1 is reserved for rarer extracurriculars, and because this is a selective summer program at an Ivy, it definitely falls in that tier. However, I don't think it's quite 1A because those are usually for national/international titles/sport teams, extremely lucrative/popular businesses/roles, and high-level research. Still very impressive!
