If these are the most rigorous classes you can take without any issues (ie. overwhelm, burnout, etc), then you are challenging yourself and are competitive, especially if they are related to your intended major (if you have one). AP courses exist to give you college level coursework, so doing Dual Enrollment is regarded as similar to APs by universities.

As for chances, that depends on what you mean by "pretty good". Assuming you have no extracurriculars, you have a good shot at Occidental if you continue your current trend.
