Engineering Programs

Hi everyone, I'm a rising senior in South Florida aiming for an Aerospace Engineering degree. I'm targeting Virginia Tech, UF, and UCF as my top choices, but I'm also applying to safeties like Florida Tech.

My profile includes co-founding a nonprofit with a significant impact, Having a 1460 SAT score and 30 ACT (I'm retaking the ACT), I'm an AP Scholar with Distinction, FTC Robotics, a strong academic record with AP and AICE courses, membership in honor societies, tutoring experience, and OSHA certifications. I'm looking for advice on strengthening my application to increase my chances of getting into my top schools.

Specifically, I'd like to know:

What specific aspects of my profile could be improved to stand out in Aerospace Engineering applications?

Are there any extracurricular activities or competitions that would complement my existing experience?

How can I effectively showcase my leadership and teamwork abilities in my applications?

Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
