Best Schools for Music Education

Hi, I am a current high school senior that wants to major in music education. I have looked into schools such as Florida State University, College Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati, Baldwin Wallace, and Ball State. I would like to stay in the midwestern area (with the exception of Florida) and am open to private and public schools. I have a main focus in voice and choral music as well as an interest in theatre education and would also love to find a place where I can double major. Where would you guys recommend to look for a great education in music education?
