Khan Academy has an entire SAT prep course while allowed for my score to go up by about 100 or so points into the 1400's for practice tests, from there I saw minimal improvements until I started really grinding out practice problems, which is really the only thing I can recommend. CollegeBoard provides a question bank from all previous SAT's that is extremely useful and of course always do your practice tests to check in on your progress!
