Transferring from Umich-Flint to Ann Arbor

Hi! I am currently a freshman at U of M - Flint and want to transfer into the Ann Arbor campus the fall of my sophomore year. My high school GPA wasn’t all that great with a 81.333 weighted. I want to aim for a 3.8-4.0 in my first semester of freshman year. I would say I have some great extracurriculars: leadership at a Ted event in high school, national and international level sports, helping in a research study, and a few more. I was just wondering if anyone had transferred inside the system and if you guys had any tips, if you could share some stats, and ANYTHING else would be appreciated.
