Decisions on course load

I'm currently a junior in high school. My top college picks are UC Davis, US Santa Cruz, and Cal Poly Humboldt. However, these schools are very competitive and look for standout students. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can make my courseload more competitive?

I'm currently taking:

English 3, Physics, Environmental Science, US History, and Cantonese 2

(all required)

As well as, AP Biology, Pre-calc, Ecology(ce), and Physical Geography(ce)

I am also in psych 1a(de) but I'm probably going to drop.

I need advice on any changes I should make while I can and ideas of what I should plan next semester or over the summer. I intend to major in Ecology/Wildlife conservation.
