Am I able to submit only my ACT score on Common App if I took ACT w/ writing but don't want to submit my writing score?

I've taken the ACT with writing one time and scored very well on the composite, but not as well as I wanted on the writing section.

On the Common App, it asks "Would you like to report an ACT Plus Writing score?". My question is whether or not I can report only my composite ACT score even though I took the ACT with writing. Would I be able to mark "No" to the above question from Common App and only report the composite score from my test, or would that not be allowed since I took the test with writing?
