I cannot enter my email since box is grey
Hi there! Are you trying to change your email, or is there no email entered in the box at all? Unfortunately, we don't have a feature to change emails at this time. If you want to change your email address, you'll have to make a new account. If there's no email entered at all, that sounds like something we need to look into. As @DebaterMAX said, feel free to email support@collegevine.com with a screenshot.
